Information you provide

Quantum Pension Solutions, Inc. uses your business contact details, company information, meeting requests, and messages to answer inquiries, review public pension-plan information, arrange meetings, and follow up on those conversations. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, participant-level records, or other sensitive personal information through the public chat.

Website activity

We collect activity such as pages visited, clicks, referral and campaign information, browser and device information, and network information. Browser storage helps recognize returning visits and understand which communications led to an inquiry. When you identify yourself, related website activity may be associated with your inquiry or meeting. These records do not establish your identity with certainty across every device or visit.

Service providers

Cloudflare operates website hosting and application services. Supabase stores business and activity records. Anthropic processes the messages and relevant plan context used by Plan at a Glance. When scheduling is connected through Cal.com and Microsoft, those providers process the contact and meeting information needed to arrange the appointment. We share information needed to provide these functions.

Storage and requests

Website activity, correspondence, and appointment records may remain associated with your inquiry and subsequent business relationship. Clearing browser storage does not delete records already received by our systems. You can restrict or clear browser storage through your browser settings; doing so may affect preferences and some functionality.
